Laureato in Filosofia Teoretica con lode all'Universita di Padova, poi specializzato in Comunicazioni Sociali alla Cattolica di Milano. Capo della redazione milanese de Il Giornale -- il quotidiano fondato da Montanelli e poi passato ai Berlusconi, il che vi dice gia tutto sulla sua collocazione politica. Scrive anche per Destra.it, che non e esattamente il nome di un sito di centro.
Premio Guido Vergani 2017 per la cronaca milanese. Membro del CdA della Fondazione Arnoldo e Alberto Mondadori.
Ha avuto piu fidanzate che editoriali (e ne ha scritti parecchi), due figlie splendide, e ora e finalmente stabile con un'avvocatessa che probabilmente vince tutte le discussioni in casa.
Il vino preferito? Quello che beve Stefano, cosi almeno su una cosa sono d'accordo.

Graduated with honours in Theoretical Philosophy from the University of Padua, then specialized in Social Communications at the Catholic University of Milan. Head of the Milan newsroom at Il Giornale -- the newspaper founded by Montanelli and later passed to the Berlusconi family, which tells you everything about his political leanings. He also writes for Destra.it -- not exactly the name of a centrist website.
Winner of the Guido Vergani Prize 2017 for Milan journalism. Member of the Board of the Arnoldo and Alberto Mondadori Foundation.
He's had more girlfriends than editorials (and he's written quite a few), two wonderful daughters, and is now finally settled with a lawyer who probably wins every argument at home.
Favourite wine? Whatever Stefano is drinking -- at least they can agree on something.

Ingegnere, formatosi tra l'Universita di Padova e UCLA. Ha lavorato in Thoughtworks e ora e in Capgemini a Milano, ma il suo vero amore e l'intelligenza artificiale. Scrive articoli tecnici su Medium, freeCodeCamp e InfoQ come se fossero lettere d'amore ai Large Language Models.
Ha un profilo GitHub (EnricoPicci) pieno di repository con nomi che suonano come incantesimi: lambda-calculus-typescript, mobile-object-observables, hilbert-hotel. Speaker a conferenze come Codemotion, dove ha parlato di programmazione reattiva con Node.js.
Ha persino scritto un articolo intitolato "Claude agents are smart, but you better check them" -- il che e ironico, visto che Claude ha costruito il sito su cui state leggendo questo.
Tra i quattro, e l'unico che potrebbe davvero costruire un robot sommelier. E probabilmente ci sta gia lavorando.

Engineer, educated between the University of Padua and UCLA. He worked at Thoughtworks and is now at Capgemini in Milan, but his true love is artificial intelligence. He writes technical articles on Medium, freeCodeCamp, and InfoQ as if they were love letters to Large Language Models.
His GitHub profile (EnricoPicci) is full of repositories with names that sound like spells: lambda-calculus-typescript, mobile-object-observables, hilbert-hotel. Conference speaker at events like Codemotion, where he talked about reactive programming with Node.js.
He even wrote an article titled "Claude agents are smart, but you better check them" -- which is ironic, given that Claude built the very site you're reading this on.
Of the four, he's the only one who could actually build a robot sommelier. And he's probably already working on it.
Stefano Visentin
Il Professore Sovversivo
Laureato in Filosofia con lode all'Universita di Padova -- tesi su Spinoza, naturalmente -- poi dottorato in Storia del Pensiero Politico all'Universita di Torino. Oggi Professore Associato all'Universita di Urbino Carlo Bo.
Esperto mondiale di Spinoza: ha scritto "La liberta necessaria" sulla democrazia spinoziana, che e il tipo di libro che tieni sul comodino se sei Stefano, e che usi come fermaporta se sei Giovanni. Ha scritto anche "La guardia della liberta" su conquista, repubblica e popolo tra Italia e America Latina, perche una sola rivoluzione non gli bastava.
Insegna Storia delle Dottrine Politiche e Pensiero Politico della Globalizzazione. I suoi interessi di ricerca includono marxismo, studi postcoloniali, Gramsci e la crisi della democrazia -- praticamente tutto cio che fa venire l'orticaria a Giovanni.
Ha collaborato con universita da Oxford a Cordoba (Argentina). Quando non e impegnato a spiegare Spinoza ai suoi studenti, e impegnato a spiegare a Giovanni perche ha torto su tutto.
Stefano Visentin
The Subversive Professor
Graduated with honours in Philosophy from the University of Padua -- thesis on Spinoza, naturally -- then earned a PhD in History of Political Thought from the University of Turin. Today he is Associate Professor at the University of Urbino Carlo Bo.
World expert on Spinoza: he wrote "La liberta necessaria" (The Necessary Freedom) on Spinozan democracy -- the kind of book you keep on your nightstand if you're Stefano, and use as a doorstop if you're Giovanni. He also wrote "La guardia della liberta" (The Guard of Liberty) on conquest, republic, and people between Italy and Latin America, because one revolution wasn't enough for him.
He teaches History of Political Doctrines and Political Thought of Globalisation. His research interests include Marxism, postcolonial studies, Gramsci, and the crisis of democracy -- basically everything that gives Giovanni a rash.
He has collaborated with universities from Oxford to Cordoba (Argentina). When he's not busy explaining Spinoza to his students, he's busy explaining to Giovanni why he's wrong about everything.

Laurea in Economia alla Bocconi con lode, dottorato al MIT sotto la supervisione di un futuro Nobel (Oliver Hart). Oggi e Robert C. McCormack Distinguished Service Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance alla Chicago Booth School of Business -- un titolo cosi lungo che non entra su un biglietto da visita.
Direttore del Centro Stigler per lo Studio dell'Economia e dello Stato. Presidente dell'American Finance Association nel 2014. Nella lista dei "Top 100 Global Thinkers" di Foreign Policy. Tra i "Top Italian Scientists" nelle scienze economiche.
Ha scritto "Saving Capitalism from the Capitalists" con Raghuram Rajan -- che poi e diventato Governatore della Banca Centrale Indiana -- e "A Capitalism for the People", dove racconta come crescere a Padova gli abbia insegnato tutto quello che c'e da sapere sul capitalismo clientelare.
Conduce il podcast "Capitalisn't" -- un gioco di parole che funziona meglio in inglese che dopo tre bicchieri di Prosecco.
Ha lasciato il Veneto per conquistare l'America, ma ogni anno torna per il Prosecco. A Chicago insegna i mercati finanziari; a Bigolino insegna come si tiene un bicchiere.

Economics degree from Bocconi with honours, PhD from MIT under the supervision of a future Nobel laureate (Oliver Hart). Today he is the Robert C. McCormack Distinguished Service Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance at Chicago Booth School of Business -- a title so long it doesn't fit on a business card.
Director of the Stigler Center for the Study of the Economy and the State. President of the American Finance Association in 2014. Listed among Foreign Policy's "Top 100 Global Thinkers." Among the "Top Italian Scientists" in business and economics.
He co-authored "Saving Capitalism from the Capitalists" with Raghuram Rajan -- who later became Governor of the Reserve Bank of India -- and "A Capitalism for the People," where he recounts how growing up in Padua taught him everything about crony capitalism.
He hosts the podcast "Capitalisn't" -- a pun that works better in English than after three glasses of Prosecco.
He left the Veneto to conquer America, but every year he comes back for the Prosecco. In Chicago he teaches financial markets; in Bigolino he teaches how to hold a glass.
